FALL BIRDING WITH ANDY - CLASS IS FULL.

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

NEW:  first class will meet at Jenks Property on Central Street.  Bring your binoculars and a bird guide if you want one (Andy will have his in any case).  Starting at 7:30 a.m. plan to finish at 9:30 a.m.

Join local birder, Andy Magee, as he leads a series of three weekly birding walks for adults, searching for resident birds and focusing on fall migrants. Many birds have lost their breeding plumage by early fall, making identification challenging but fun, and we will focus on key ways to identify some of the trickier fall migrants. The walks will be held in local conservation lands (i.e. Caouette, Jenks) and will last approximately two hours. Meeting sites will be announced several days in advance. Be sure to bring binoculars and get ready to be surprised by the number and diversity of bird species that are still to be seen as fall sets in. Please provide your e-mail address when registering for notifications.

Bring your binoculars. MIN: 5 MAX: 10
