Stretch, Strength and Dance with Gina

This fun, upbeat class is a safe and effective workout inspired by the world of dance that will help you lengthen and strengthen muscles and increase core stability, while maintaining postural balance, flexibility, coordination style and grace. You’ll discover a stronger, leaner and more elegant you in this low impact class inspired by elements of ballet, jazz, world dance, broadway dance, yoga, pilates and extra core work. Each class will have step-by-step instruction that blends center work, floor work, barre work, light cardio, stretching, and toning with 3-5 lb. hand weights. This class offers easy to follow movements and modifications. Class sizes are small to ensure personal attention in a fun, supportive and welcoming atmosphere. No previous dance or fitness experience is necessary. Non-slip socks, jazz shoes or ballet slippers are required. Yoga mats and light hand weights are provided. All levels welcome. Please use back parking entrance to Gina’s Dance Studio.
