This 30 minute class is a full body workout that blends exercises with light hand weights, ab work, yoga and Pilates inspired exercises and stretches that will leave you feeling fabulous! Yoga mats and 3 – 10 lb. hand weights are provided. Toning sticks are available for use or you may purchase through the instructor. Please use the back parking lot and enter through the back entrance.
