Movement & Mindfulness

This fun and engaging exploration and awareness class celebrates both the joy of movement and the
benefits of being mindful through activities such as; creative dance, movement stories, partner activities,
yoga, guided mindfulness and relaxation exercises. All levels and experience are welcome! Be
sure to wear comfortable clothing and either grippy socks or dance shoes. Please bring water, a light
snack and yoga mat (if possible). MIN: 5 MAX: 10


EMILY is a certified Early Childhood Teacher who enjoys teaching academics, though her first love was dance! She has her BFA in Dance
from the University of Massachusetts and has taught at both the college and grade school level. An aspiring Yogi, she works to live an
active, mindful lifestyle and loves sharing her passion for these important fundamentals with children!
