Fitness: Zumba, Stretch and Strength with Gina

This is a fun, combination class – it has 30 minutes of non-stop, calorie burning, hip shaking dance and fitness moves followed by a 30 minute strength and stretch class with elements of yoga, pilates and light hand weights too to help tone and sculpt your entire body. In this class each student will be able to modify the moves to his/her desired fitness goal and is encouraged to move at his/her own pace and way which is why it feels more like a party than a fitness class and why we all have a good time and come back for more! No previous dance or fitness training is necessary. Please bring clean, dry sneakers to change into and a water bottle. Please use back parking lot and enter through the back entrance.
 
We have yoga mats and hand weights in the studio for everyone – if you would prefer to bring your own you can.
