Fitness: Join the Party - Zumba Fitness with Gina

Zumba Fitness is 60 minutes of non-stop, calorie burning, hip shaking dance and fitness moves that will tone, stretch and sculpt your entire body! This class is a fun, cardio workout that uses motivating international and pop music that alternates between slow and fast rhythms to burn calories more efficiently, shed pounds, and build strength, coordination and endurance. Each student will be able to modify the moves to his/her desired fitness goal and is encouraged to move at his/her own pace and way which is why it feels more like a party than a fitness class and why we all have a good time and come back for more! No previous dance or fitness training is necessary. Please bring clean, dry sneakers to change into and a water bottle. Please use back parking lot and enter through the back entrance.
