Discover how to improve balance, coordination, and ease of movement in this 5-week series based on the Alexander Technique a research-supported mind-body method that helps reduce tension and enhance body awareness. Through gentle hands-on guidance, exploration of daily activities (such as walking, sitting, and speaking), and simple anatomy and awareness lessons, you’ll learn to ground yourself, regulate your nervous system, and move with more confidence. Connect with nature through mindfulness and embodiment practices from the Alexander Technique in this immersive outdoor event. Join local teacher Hannah Greene for an energizing morning session of gentle qi gong movements, guided meditation, sensory awareness exercises, and mindful walking. Deepen your awareness of the environment around you as a source of support and wonder.
