BOSTON PAINTBALL: Splatmaster Ages 8+ and Low Impact & Traditional Paintball for Players Ages 10+. Low Impact is a new option for players who might be too old for Splatmaster but not quite ready for the traditional version. Traditional paintball is the favorite for kids ages 10+. Please dress your child in long sleeves, long pants and sneakers. A couple of layers may also be beneficial (more padding). If you have knee pads / ski hat / baseball hat/ gloves you may want to have your child bring them as well (the whole "padding" thing!). The paint does wash out, but you may want to wear something you do not mind getting dirty. Boston Paintball has jumpsuits available to rent or purchase but they are based on adult sizes and may be big on some smaller players. You may want to bring a change of clothing to go home in (the person who owns the car you came in might appreciate this!). Boston Paintball does not rent gloves, supporters, hats or bandannas, but they do carry many of these products in their pro-shop. Leave home anything of value - or plan to have a place to leave these things (wallets/purses/cell phones) in van/bus or with a spectator. There are lockers on site that you may use for free and they do sell locks for them that you get to keep. Participation requires signed waiver by parent or legal guardian.
BOSTON ROCK GYM: As the oldest rock gym on the East Coast, and the second oldest in America, the Boston Rock Gym has been at the heart of the local climbing community since the very beginning. Over the years, they have trained generations of climbers on their walls. All equipment is included. Please wear comfortable clothing that does not inhibit movement: tights, sweats, long shirts, t-shirts, and tank tops all work great. Participation requires signed waiver by parent or legal guardian. Each of our many Quests offers challenging fun for your team of 3-5 in an environment unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Wear sneakers or similar shoes (required!) and clothes you can climb and crawl around in. Participation requires signed waiver by parent or legal guardian.
