This class runs for 1 hour, 15 minutes and will focus on physical practice (Asana) and breath work (Pranayama) and prepare the body and mind for meditation. Meditation is a powerful practice where the mind is turned inward towards itself to objectively observe its own nature. The process helps uncover and release deep rooted stresses and helps one discover peace that already exists within the depths of the mind. Yoga mats are provided for you. Please bring a comfortable cushion to sit on for the practice of meditation. Please use back parking lot and entrance to Gina’s Dance Studio. All levels welcome.
