This ballet class will gently guide you to improved posture, flexibility, strength coordination and rhythm in a positive environment. We will learn the fundamentals and vocabulary of classical ballet as a means to express ourselves through movement. You will receive individual attention in every class and the opportunity to dance beyond your expectations. No previous dance or fitness training is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and ballet slippers. Please use the back parking lot and enter through the back entrance. All levels welcome. MIN: 2 MAX: 8
