Adult Exercise Class - Outdoors

Especially in these challenging times, it is so important to our health and well being to get outside and breathe in fresh air; allow nature to soothe and nurture you; get vitamin D/nourishment from the sun; while exercising safely, respecting your own personal needs and challenging yourself within your safe range.
Be ready to condition your strength, flexibility, endurance, core, balance, posture, heart and lungs. We will warmup and cool down, incorporating mindfulness and relaxation.  The goal is to improve total health/ fitness in spirit, mind and body, while reducing stress,  feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Get ready to enjoy nature and each other, while safely social distancing.  You are encouraged to exercise at your own pace.  This class is designed for All ages and All fitness levels.
Come try it out!  You will feel great!
 
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in;
bring layers that can easily be taken off and put back on; 
Optional to be brought by participant: face mask/shield; hand sanitizer; gloves;
Please bring a filled water bottle.  (clearly personalized or labelled).
We will follow safety guidelines in place at the time of the class.  Enjoy the wonderful outdoors!
