    EXCEPTION: IF CONCERT IS POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER, PANDEMIC, RIOTS/SAFETY CONCERNS - TICKETS WILL BE GOOD FOR NEWLY RESCHEDULED DATE OR CAN BE USED FACE VALUE AT ANOTHER CONCERT IN THE 2021 SEASON.
    IF CONCERT IS NOT RESCHEDULED A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED LESS PROCESSING FEES. REFUND FOR CANCELLATION MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF CANCELLATION. AFTER THIS TIME, ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
