CAMP-OUT IS NOW FULL.

INFO FOR CAMPOUT REGISTRANTS:

Welcome to the Fall Family Campout!
We are happy to have your company tonight!
We have a few guidelines that we’d like to share to ensure that everyone has a great time ~
Please check in upon arrival at the bathhouse anytime after 4 p.m. Each participant will obtain a wristband that will identify who is with the campout so that we don’t have folks in the Park during hours when the park has closed to the general public. They will be needed for campfire access. The movie (Trolls World Tour) with dancing will be at the amphitheater which is open to public.
Friday:
?4:00 pm-6:00 pm: Check-in time at the bathhouse
?5:00-7:00 pm: Volleyball Courts open, Corn hole game at the bathhouse
?6:00 pm-9:30 pm: Campfire at beach
?7:30-8:00 pm: Movie will start at Amphitheater
Saturday:
?7:50-8:30 am: Breakfast at the pavilion—continental – caterer ETA. 7:30 (please allow us time to set up)
?7:30-8:50 am: Boating (free-please sign up for a time slot)
?8:00-9:00 Tent breakdown
Please note that staff will not be available after 9:00 a.m.

  1. Tents may be setup anywhere you would like up to the top of the amphitheater hill but not within the bowl or fields (so we don’t damage our irrigation system).

  2. You may bring your car to the area where you want to set-up (on inner road—go slow and watch for pedestrians), however, it must be parked in the parking lot once unloaded-cannot be kept while setting up. You may also bring your car to pick-up your items in the morning.

  3. Children must be supervised at all times. Children can’t be left alone near beach, campfire, and are not permitted to play on the dock. Unsupervised children at campfire or beach will be sent back to their parents.

  4. Participants can get glow sticks (complimentary) beginning at 6:30 p.m. (it makes it easy to keep track of kids) at the snack bar area.

  5. We will begin the campfire at approximately 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

  6. If you have a pet, please be sure it is with you and on a leash. Doggie clean-up bags are available at the inner road and dogs are not permitted on the beach.

  7. The bathrooms will remain open throughout the event.

  8. We do ask that quiet time begins at 9:30 p.m. so our younger and experienced campers can get a good night sleep.

  9. No swimming after 6 p.m. Swim at your own risk 4-6 p.m. No boating unless guard is on duty (Sat. AM).

THINGS TO REMEMBER TO BRING: food, beverages, tent, sleeping bags, flashlights, personal items, bug repellent, sweatshirts, charcoal/lighter fluid, lighter-- if you want to use park grill, marshmallow and marshmallow sticks!
