Adult dance class in warehouse
This fun, upbeat class is a safe and effective workout that will shake things up a bit at the Barre with a creative blend of intervals inspired by dance, yoga and Pilates. This class offers easy to follow, low impact, high energy movements to help you lengthen and strengthen your entire body while also maintaining postural balance, coordination, style, grace and an increased calorie burn with the intervals of simple dance steps!  We will also use a yoga mat and 3-5 lb hand weights for a small portion of the class. Class sizes are small to ensure personal space and attention in a fun, supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Please bring non-slip socks, jazz shoes or ballet slippers. No previous dance or fitness experience is necessary - everyone is welcome. 

It is optional to bring your own yoga mat or hand weights.
