Family Fun Dance
Date: Saturday, October 16 (Rain Date: Sunday, Oct. 17)

Who: Ages 4 -12 with parents & grandparents*
Fee: $10/child/Adults and under 4 are FREE!
Location: On the Plaza

Get ready to Move & Groove, rock out & have FUN!
This family event brings kids, parents & grandparents together through music, dance & games for a FUN family time! Do the limbo, freeze dance, learn an Irish or a barn dance! We’ll review the popular “party” dances such as the Git Up, cha cha slide & more, plus a few dances for the littlest children. Music mix is kid-friendly classics & pop; get creative and show your stuff! Best are sneakers without much tread; bring water! Not a dj'd event.
*Geared to ages 4 and up with parents/grandparents; but all kids are welcome! This will be held outdoors; we will have plenty of room to distance in accordance with current CDC guidelines.
INSTRUCTOR BIO: Carolisa has over 20 years’ experience as a professional dance teacher and DJ, working with kids to adults; running classes & workshops at dance studios, community venues, for seniors, company wellness, school enrichment programs; at private events & parties, and for women’s “night out”. She teaches Zumba, Bellydance, Line Dance, Move & Groove (kids) and also runs Family Fun Dance and “One Fun Night” workshops. Carolisa is an experienced DJ with Moonlight DJ’s, specializing in theme & retro parties, reunions, corporate and private events, family celebrations and kids’ parties. She especially enjoys motivating and inspiring others of any age, fitness level or ability through music and dance, increasing confidence in a fun & friendly class!
