Teen ballet dancers
This class is designed to tone your legs, lift your seat, sculpt your arms and flatten your abs. It is a low impact, high intensity easy to follow workout inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates exercises performed in intervals. These exercises will help strengthen and elongate muscles and increase core stability, while maintaining postural balance, flexibility, coordination and grace. We work at our own ballet barre the first 30 minutes and work with light hand weights and then stretch on the floor for the second 30 minutes of class. Class sizes are small to ensure personal space and attention in a fun, supportive and welcoming atmosphere.  No previous dance or fitness experience is necessary - everyone is welcome.
