The Acton Youth Police Academy offers young participants a hands-on, engaging introduction to law enforcement. Through a variety of interactive activities, including crime scene investigation, traffic safety, self-defense training, and demonstrations of K-9 operations, students gain valuable insight into the roles and responsibilities of police officers. The program emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and community awareness, culminating in a graduation ceremony that celebrates each participant’s accomplishments and growth.
