Camp Hill Top 2022
REFUND POLICY:  NO REFUNDS BEYOND SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO START OF SESSION. 
You may withdraw up to seven business days prior to the start of a session. A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee will be deducted per session/per child.  
Pre-Camp and Post-Camp: A non-refundable registration fee of $10.00 is deducted per session/per child. 
After the refund timeframe no refunds will be issued. 
Exception to refund policy timeframe: Written letter from a licensed physician excusing child from the session prior to the first day of session start date.  In the event of physician’s note the non-refundable registration fee still applies.  
Refunds are not issued due to weather conditions or water closure.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Recreation office, recreation@actonma.gov.  Refund requests are not accepted by Camp Hill Top staff. 
REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR EACH WEEK IS THE PRIOR THURSDAY AT NOON.
There is no waiting list--please watch for cancellations at "View Seats." 
Switching Sessions:  There is a $25.00 fee for switching sessions, pending availability. Requests to switch sessions must be made in writing to: recreation@actonma.gov.

Checks are payable to: TOWN OF ACTON.
There are no sibling or all-season discounts.
Registration is weekly; there is not a daily rate.
Your child must be four years or older prior to session start.
Please register for the grade your child is entering.

Camp Hill Top is located at the Town of Acton Recreation Center, 50 Audubon Drive in South Acton, for children entering Pre-K through Grade 3.  Camp Hill Top hours are Monday through Friday: Morning Session 9:00am--12:00pm and Afternoon Session 12:00--4:00pm.  Separate Pre-Care and Post-Care options are available. (There is no Camp on Thursday, July 4.) 
There is also a CIT option for ages 14-15.  
We create a warm atmosphere for children to grow physically and socially while having fun!  A variety of age-appropriate activities is offered each week, including Arts & Crafts, Drama, Sports, Group Challenges, Nature, and more.  Special activities are based on each week’s theme.  Children also enjoy daily outdoor water play at Camp Hill Top home base. 
Each camper will receive a free Camp Hill Top T-shirt!

Camp Hill Top Guidelines
Camp Hill Top follows recommendations of the American Camp Association (ACA), CDC and Acton Board of Health.  Following are prevention and treatment methods outlined for Camp Hill Top: 
-  We ask all staff and campers to stay home if they are sick. 
-  Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow.
-  All campers must bring a filled water bottle labeled with their name on it.
-  Staff will clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces such as door knobs, faucets, equipment, etc.
-  Drop-off and pickup is at the front door of the Acton Recreation Center.  Detailed instructions will be supplied by email prior to your Camp week(s).
- Visitors (including parents) are not permitted.
